基于无线射频识别技术的铁路冷链物流设备故障自动检测方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了提高铁路冷链物流设备故障自动检测能力,提出基于无线射频识别技术的铁路冷链物流设备故障自动检测方法。构建铁路冷链物流设备故障信息采集的无线传感网络节点分布模型,采用无线射频识别技术对故障信息的远程无线采样和信息融合识别,提取异常谱特征量,通过自适应的特征分离和聚类识别技术,进行融合聚类处理,根据多尺度特征分解方法,实现铁路冷链物流设备故障检测过程中的频谱差异性特征分析,实现故障的自动诊断。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行铁路冷链物流设备故障检测的自适应性较好,故障自动检测诊断的精度较高。 In order to improve the ability of automatic fault detection of railway cold chain logistics equipment,an automatic fault detection method of railway cold chain logistics equipment based on radio frequency identification technology is proposed.The wireless sensor network node distribution model of the railway cold chain logistics equipment fault information collection is constructed.The remote wireless sampling and information fusion identification of the fault information are adopted by the radio frequency identification technology,and the abnormal spectrum feature quantity is extracted.Through the adaptive feature separation and clustering identification technology,the fusion clustering processing is carried out.According to the multi-scale feature decomposition method,the railway cold chain logistics is realized In the process of equipment fault detection,the spectrum difference characteristics are analyzed to realize the automatic fault diagnosis.The simulation results show that the method has good adaptability and high accuracy in fault detection of railway cold chain logistics equipment.
