摘要
目的探讨PBL(以问题为基础的教学)联合CBL(以案例为基础的教学)教学法对提高健康体检护士解读体检报告能力的效果。方法选取某地三级甲等综合医院健康管理中心2019年在岗的护士共62名为研究对象,根据随机数字法将其分为传统的培训对照组和PBL联合CBL教学组,分别采用传统的集中培训法和PBL联合CBL教学法,在培训结束后进行专项考核并对考核结果进行统计学分析。结果PBL联合CBL教学组理论成绩及体检报告解读能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05),同时该组护士对培训方法认同度也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学法能有效帮助健康体检护士提高理论成绩和体检报告解读能力。
Objective To explore the effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method on improving physical examination nurses'interpretation of physical examination reports.Methods A total of 62 nurses on duty in 2019 were selected as the research objects,and according to the random number method,they were divided into the traditional training control group and the PBL combined with CBL teaching group.The traditional centralized training method and PBL combined CBL teaching method were adopted respectively,and after the training,assessment was conducted and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The test results was significantly better in PBL combined with CBL teaching group than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recognition degree of the nurses in this group was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method can effectively help physical examination nurses improve their theoretical achievements and ability to interpret physical examination reports.
