摘要
随着现代经济技术的不断提升,我国的国民生活质量也逐渐提高,各行各业也开始朝向现代化发展,包括医院在内的服务行业,开始进一步对医院的医疗卫生制度进行改革,人力资源作为医院发展的关键因素集极大地促进着医院的健康发展。现代医改新形势下公立医院的人力资源管理改革显得尤为重要,在现在新医改政策下,我国公立医院人事改革不断面对着新的挑战和机遇,文章将在分析目前一些三级公立医院人力资源管理现状的基础上,对现代医改形势下公立医院的相关人力资源管理改革进行简要分析和探究,希望能够对我国医院新形势下的人力资源管理起到一定的借鉴作用。
With the improving of the modern economy and technology in our country's national life quality also gradually improve,in all walks of life are also beginning to towards modernization,including hospitals,the service sector,further to the hospital's medical and health system reform,human resources as a key factor in the development of hospital greatly promote the healthy development of the hospital.Modern health reform under the new situation of public hospital human resources management reform is particularly important,in what is now the new medical reform policies,our country public hospital personnel reform is faced with new challenges and opportunities,this paper will be based on the analysis of the present situation of some tertiary public hospital human resource management,on the basis of the modern health care situation of human resources management of public hospital reform,a brief analysis and exploration,hoping to hospital under the new situation of human resource management of our country play a role as a reference.
