摘要
创新型小微学校是未来教育的一种形式,是通过教育理念创新和方法创新实现学生个性化发展的学校。基于创新型小微学校的个案研究可以发现,创新型小微学校具有教育理念个性化、课程设置面向真实生活、管理扁平化、教学组织灵活等特点。创新型小微学校的创立和发展有利于满足学生多元化教育需求、促进教育多元化发展,但暂时还不具有可推广性。促进创新型小微学校的发展,既需要国家法律政策的支持,实现其发展合法化,也需要创新型教师和教育系统改革的支持。创新型小微学校的发展还须从理念上处理好传统与创新的关系。
Innovative small schools are a form of the future education.They are schools that pursue“individualized development”of students through innovations in educational concepts and methods.Based on case studies,it can be found that the innovative small schools have the characteristics of individualized education concepts,curriculum setting for real life,flat management,flexible teaching organization and so on.Innovative small schools are conducive to meeting the diverse educational needs of students and promoting the diversified development of education,but this kind of school still lacks expandability.Promoting the development of innovative small schools requires both external legal and policy support to legalize their existence,as well as the support of innovative teachers and education system reform and dealing with the relationship between tradition and innovation.
