基于MATLAB的片烟结构测定系统设计与实现

摘要 为了改善采用离散元软件EDEM研究打叶过程时不支持测定片烟结构的缺点,在研究片烟结构测定技术基础上,基于可视化软件显示平台MATLAB GUI,将相关联颗粒组合成颗粒团,又进行平移坐标变换实现颗粒团展平,再用convhull函数构建颗粒团的凸包并测定面积,最后按面积大小分类并计算片烟结构指标。仿真结果表明,该系统不仅能准确高效地处理海量数据进行片烟结构测定,而且实现了可视化与可交互化。 In order to improve the disadvantage that the discrete element software EDEM does not support the determination of tobacco structure in the process of threshing and removing stems,on the basis of the further study of tobacco structure measurement technology and the visual software display platform MATLAB,the associated particles are combined into particle clusters,and the particle clusters are flattened by coordinate transformation,then the area is measured by convhull algorithm,and finally the classification is carried out according to the area and the strip structure index is calculated.The simulation results show that the system can not only process the mass data accurately and efficiently for the determination of strip structure,but also realize visualization and interactivity.
