摘要
针对战车车队行军时反复停车测底盘的温度和压力影响行军速度和安全问题,以及充分采集利用仪表盘信息的需求,研制基于数据实时采集、监测的辅助系统。通过加装传感器和电路采集战车底盘重要数据,建立监测系统总体架构,优化监测参数及监测手段选择,完成采集调理电路硬件设计。并开发了底盘监测仪和驾驶室操作终端软件,系统数据库可实现监测数据存储和回放。数据存储回放利于底盘维修分析,系统可实时给出车速建议和底盘报警信息,既可发挥装备潜能又提高了车队行军安全性。
Repeated parking temperature and pressure measurement effect marching speed and safety when combat vehicle fleet marching.The demand for acquisition and utilization of panel information aided system is developed basing data real-time monitoring.Hardware circuit design and software programming is established by analysing the target of chassis safety monitoring for combat vehicle,making general structure and and optimizing monitoring parameters and means.Circuit hardware of acquisition and conditioning and software of chassis safety monitoring and cab operating terminal is designed.Data storage and playback is realized by system database.Data storage and playback is beneficial to chassis maintenance analysis.Speed suggestion and chassis alarm information is provided.The system can play equipment potential and improve military combat effectiveness.
