摘要
针对激光系统,研究了一种新型激光扩束系统,新型扩束系统采用离轴反射式光学系统。扩束设备精度和稳定性要求高,通过材料的选择、光机结构设计、刚性设计和仿真分析计算,保证系统精度不超过0.02 mm.扩束设备需要多轴调试,设计多自由度调节机构,可以实现三个轴的旋转和三个轴的平移。结果表明,系统结构设计合理,满足指标要求。
In view of laser systems,a new laser beam expanding system is researched,which adopts an offaxis reflection optical system.For beam expanding equipments requiring high precision and stability,the accuracy of the system is ensured to less than 0.02 mm through material selection,optomechanical structure design,rigid design and simulation analysis calculation.For multiaxis debugging being required by beam expanding equipments,a multidegree of freedom adjusting mechanism is designed to realize three axis rotation and translation.The results show that the design of system structure is rational and meet the requirements of the beam expanding system.
