摘要
党建总体布局的历史性推进建立在理论逻辑不断发展、历史逻辑不断总结、实践逻辑稳步推进的价值融通中。从历史性推进的动态过程和客观形态总结党建布局的基本特征,遵循党的建设规律推进新时代党建总体布局的再发展,对新时代提高党的建设质量、坚持全面从严治党、提高党的建设科学化水平以及推进新的伟大工程和伟大事业不断前进具有重要的价值意义。
The historical advancement of the overall plan for Party building of Communist Party of China is based on the val⁃ue integration with continuous development of theoretical logic,continuous generalization of historical logic and steady ad⁃vancement of practical logic.To generalize the basic features of the overall plan for Party building from the dynamic process and objective form of the historical advancement,and advance a redevelopment of the overall plan for Party building in the new era in accordance with the law of Party building are of great value significance to improve the quality of Party building,stick to the full and strict governance over the Party,improve scientific level of Party building and forge ahead new great proj⁃ects and great cause.
