基于激励原理理念的高校管理工作阐述

摘要 随着社会主义文化的不断进步,当代大学生的价值观和思维方式逐渐呈现出多元化特性,如何通过有效的管理机制提高高校的学生管理实效性是当下大学管理工作的主要工作方向。结合现阶段的高校学生管理机制现状来看,仍存在诸多问题,对此我们应结合时代的发展和学生的学习所需,从学生心理层面入手,帮助其树立正确的人生观和价值观。激励原理主要是指通过建立完善的奖惩机制,提高学生的思想道德观,从而引导学生遵纪守法,向着心中预期人生目标奋进努力,实现自我的人生价值。在此,仅以本文和大家浅谈下在高校学生管理工作中激励理念运用方法。 With the continuous progress of socialist culture,the values and ways of thinking of contemporary college students are gradually showing diversif ied characteristics.How to improve the effectiveness of college student management through effective management mechanism is the main direction of current university management.Combined with the current situation of College Students'management mechanism,there are still many problems.In this regard,we should combine the development of the times and students'learning needs,and start from the psychological level of students to help them establish a correct outlook on life and values.The incentive principle mainly refers to the establishment of a sound reward and punishment mechanism to improve students'Ideological and moral outlook,so as to guide students to abide by the law and discipline,strive towards the expected life goals in their hearts,and realize their own life value.Here,only in this paper and you talk about the use of incentive ideas in the management of college students.
