储罐沉降监测及其对腐蚀声发射检测信号的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 储罐罐周的不均匀沉降和底板腐蚀是制约储罐安全运行的主要因素,所以需要对储罐的沉降和腐蚀进行实时监测以便于预防并及时消除安全隐患。以大型原油储罐为研究对象进行不均匀沉降监测及声发射动态检测,对检测的沉降数据和声发射特征参数对比分析,探究储罐沉降对储罐底板腐蚀声发射信号的影响,以期能为储罐使用寿命的延长和储罐的防腐工作提供借鉴。 The uneven sedimentation around the tank and the corrosion of the bottom are main factors affecting the safe opera⁃tion of the tank,so it is necessary to monitor the sedimentation and corrosion of the tank in real time to prevent and eliminate the hidden danger in time.In this paper,the large crude oil storage tank is taken as the research object to carry out uneven sed⁃imentation monitoring and acoustic emission dynamic detection.By analyzing the measured sedimentation data and acoustic emission characteristic parameters,the author explores the effect of tank sedimentation on acoustic emission signal of tank floor corrosion,so as to provide reference for the extension of service life of storage tank and anti-corrosion work of storage tank.
