摘要
新建普通本科院校人力资源管理专业发展起步较晚、层次较低,存在人才培养目标模糊、教学模式滞后、师资队伍力量薄弱等问题。对此,必须要确立职业技能导向的应用型人才培养目标,发挥校企合作协同育人的优势,构建“3+1”人才培养模式,引导大学生通过顶岗实习来实现专业知识和职业能力的有机融合,不断拓宽职业发展的空间,以强化大学生创新创业能力综合素养。
The development of the human resource management major in newly-built ordinary colleges starts late and the level is low.There are some problems such as the vagueness of the talents training objective,the backwardness of the teaching mode and the weakness of the teaching staff,etc.In this regard,it is necessary to establish the applied talents training goal with vocational skills-orientation,give full play to the advantages of college-enterprise cooperation in talents training,build a“3+1”talents training model,guide college students to achieve the organic integration of professional knowledge and vocational ability through internship and constantly broaden the space their career development,so as to strengthen college students’comprehensive qualities such as innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
