摘要
目的分析化疗后白细胞减少症的临床护理要点。方法将2016年7月至2020年6月我院100例化疗后白细胞减少症患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同,将其分为对照组和试验组各50例,试验组行临床护理模式,对照组行常规护理,对比临床护理效果。结果试验组生活质量评分、SAS与SDS评分、护理满意度、营养状况均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论临床护理模式在化疗后白细胞减少症患者护理中有着良好的应用效果,可提高患者的免疫力,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing points of leukopenia after chemotherapy.Methods One hundred patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and experimental group with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was given clinical nursing mode,while the control group was given routine nursing.Results The quality of life score,SAS and SDS score,nursing satisfaction and nutritional status of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical nursing mode has a good application effect in the nursing of patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy,which can improve the immunity of patients and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of extensive application and promotion.
