摘要
目的分析研究盆底磁电联合肌筋膜手法对治疗产后女性阴道松弛的效果以及对性生活满意度的影响。方法筛选2018年6月至2019年8月泰安市妇幼保健院经临床检查符合产后阴道松弛诊断标准的患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用肌筋膜手法治疗,试验组采用盆底磁电联合肌筋膜手法治疗,比较分析两组患者的盆底肌力、阴道松弛度和性生活满意度的临床疗效。结果试验组产后阴道松弛患者的盆底肌力明显大于对照组,阴道松弛率及其严重程度均明显低于对照组,性生活满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底磁电联合肌筋膜手法在产后女性阴道松弛的治疗中具有显著的临床效果,可有效提升患者的性生活满意度,临床应用价值较好。
Objective To analyze and research the efficacy of pelvic floor magnetoelectricity combined with myofascial manipulation in treating postpartum women’s vaginal relaxation and the impacts on their sexual life satisfaction.Methods A total of 86 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of postpartum vaginal relaxation in Taian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with myofascial manipulation,while the experimental group was treated with pelvic floor magnetoelectricity combined with myofascial manipulation.The clinical efficacies of pelvic floor muscle strength,vaginal relaxation degree and sexual life satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The pelvic floor muscle strength of patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation in the experimental group was significantly greater than that in the control group.The vaginal relaxation rate and its severity were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the sexual life satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor magnetoelectricity combined with myofascial manipulation has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of postpartum vaginal relaxation,which can effectively improve patients’sexual life satisfaction and has relatively better clinical application value.
