摘要
蜂尾蛰伤人体后毒液进入人体可引起一系列毒性效应,除局部的过敏反应外,还可出现血管内溶血、横纹肌溶解、肝肾损伤、心脏损伤、脑炎、缺血性卒中等多系统功能障碍,严重者可致多器官功能衰竭甚至死亡等临床不良后果。急性肾损伤是蜂蛰伤的常见并发症,病情凶险,血液净化是目前有效的治疗手段。本文通过报道一例老年胡蜂蛰伤患者救治案例,复习相关文献,更加具体的认识蜂毒致病特点,探讨可行的救治方法,为临床救治工作提供参考。
After wasp tail stings the human body,the venom enters and causes a series of toxic effects.Besides local allergic reactions,there may also be multiple system dysfunctions such as intravascular hemolysis,rhabdomyolysis,liver and kidney injury,heart injury,encephalitis,ischemic stroke,etc.In severe cases,multiple organ failure,even death and other clinical adverse consequences may occur.Acute kidney injury is a common complication of wasp sting,and its condition is dangerous.Blood purification is an effective treatment at present.In this paper,a case of elderly patient with wasp sting was reported,and relevant literatures were reviewed,so as to understand more about the pathogenic features of wasp venom and explore feasible treatment methods,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
