网易考拉平台系统成功因素分析及优化策略探究

摘要 我国跨境电商的发展出现交易额增多、增速渐缓的新形势,逐渐步入成熟期。网易考拉自上线以来,仅用时1年便跻身于国内B2C跨境电商行业的前列。本文以网易考拉为研究对象,多角度探讨其成为后起之秀的原因,并对平台尚存的供应链管理不足、商品种类单一、线上平台的服务与消费者的需求相矛盾的问题提供解决对策,以促进其更好地发展,带动我国跨境电商的转型升级。 The development of cross-border e-commerce in China has a new situation of increasing transaction volume and slowing down growth rate,and has gradually entered a mature period.Kaola have been in the forefront of the domestic B2C cross-border e-commerce industry in only one year since their launch.Taking Kaola as the research object,this paper discusses the reasons why Kaola have become a rising star from many company,and provides solutions to the problems of insufficient supply chain management,single commodity type,contradiction between online platform service and consumer demand,in order to promote its better development and promote the transformation and upgrading of cross-border e-commerce in China.
