光学法溶解氧测量仪的技术实现

摘要 为解决极谱法溶解氧电极在电化学过程中使用的膜和电解液会导致耗氧、维护周期短等问题,本文设计了一种荧光淬熄原理的新型光学溶解氧测量仪。通过严谨的试验,证明该方法具有测量精度高、使用寿命长、使用范围广、维护方便、性能稳定等优点。该方法适用于污水废水,水产养殖,生活用水等溶解氧的检测分析。该测量仪通过了中环协(北京)认证中心的环保认证,也成功申请到了中国国家知识产权局的实用新型专利。 In order to solve the problems of oxygen consumption and short maintenance period caused by the membrane, electrode and electrolyte used in the electrochemical process of polarographic dissolved oxygen electrode, a new type of optical dissolved oxygen measurement instrument based on fluorescence quenching principle was designed. Through rigorous test, it is proved that this method has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, long service life, wide measurement range, convenient maintenance and stable performance. It is suitable for the detection and analysis of dissolved oxygen in wastewater, aquaculture and domestic water. The instrument has passed the environmental protection certification of China Environmental Association(Beijing) Certification Center, and has successfully applied for the utility model patent of the State Intellectual Property Office of China.
