摘要
星座卫星移动通信系统是未来卫星通信应用的主要发展方向,凭借卫星固有优势和新技术优势的融合,星座卫星移动通信系统受到了国内外的高度重视和关注。本文从国外和国内两个方面分析了同步轨道和低轨道两类星座卫星移动通信系统的最新发展现状,重点介绍了国外的Inmarsat系统、Starlink系统和国内“天通一号”“鸿雁”“虹云”系统。结合星座卫星移动通信的应用特点,分析得出低轨道、军民两用、智能通信、低成本及高质量通信是卫星移动通信系统的发展趋势。星座卫星移动通信系统具有巨大的商业通信和军事应用价值,我国必须充分利用长期积累的航空航天和卫星通信技术经验,合理规划利用太空资源,加强星座卫星移动通信系统建设,依托卫星移动通信系统构建“天地一体化”网络,推动信息化建设。
Satellite constellation networks represent the future of satellite communications,as they combine the intrinsic advantages of artificial satellites with those of cutting-edge technologies.The development of these networks is a subject of significant interest in many countries,including China.This paper describes the latest developments in geosynchronous equatorial orbit and low-earth orbit satellite constellations in China and other countries,focusing on Inmarsat,Starlink,Tiantong-1,Hongyan,and Hongyun systems.The development trends of satellite constellation networks,i.e.,low-earth orbits,dual civil-military usage,intelligent communication,low costs,and high-quality communication,are then inferred from the characteristics of their applications.Owing to the immense value of satellite constellation networks in commercial communication and military applications,China must fully utilize the aerospace and satellite communication technology it has accumulated over time to create rational plans for utilizing space resources,strengthen the construction of satellite constellation networks,and create integrated space-terrestrial networks using these networks to drive the informatization of China.
