摘要
唐钢本部受外围条件影响高炉入炉矿结构频繁变化,通过配加优质无烟煤来优化高炉配煤结构,已成为高炉稳定、顺行、提产、降本的支撑条件。高炉喷吹煤粉在配加无烟煤8号与无烟煤9号时,混合煤粉灰分、挥发分、硫分分别为8.30%、21.69%、0.35%,符合政府工业用煤相关规定(当前最严技术标准);保证了高炉燃料比降低3.91kg、6.16kg,煤比提升4.13kg、5.63kg,高炉有效利用系数增加0.11t/(m^(3)·d)、0.19 t/(m^(3)·d);吨铁成本降低了1.31元、39.01元。综上所述,唐钢本部通过优化配煤生产实践,实现了煤粉环保达标、技术指标提升、生铁成本降低多重预定目标。
It is important supporting conditions of running steadily,direct motion,increasing production and cost reduction to optimize coal blending structure of blast furnace through with adding high-quality anthracite,because it changes frequently about ore feeding structure of blast furnace with affecting by external conditions.It complies with relevant government regulations on industrial coal about ash content,fugitive constituent,sulfur content respectively with 8.30%,21.69%,0.35%if it is matched by using anthracite coal No.8 and coal No.9 in spray blow coal.It ensures that the fuel ratio of BF is reduced 3.91kg and 6.16kg,coalratio is increased by 4.13kg and 5.63kg,effective utilization coefficient is increased by 0.11t/(m^(3)·d)and 0.19t/(m^(3)·d),and iron cost per ton is reduced by 1.31 yuan and 39.01 yuan.In summary,it achieves multiple goals of meeting with coals environmental standards,improvement of technical indicators,and increasing with pig iron cost through optimizing coal bending in blast furnace in Tangsteel headquarters.
