环境工程专业“三位一体”实践教学模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对当前应用型本科院校环境工程专业人才培养中存在的问题,通过企业调研、专家咨询、专业教师座谈和学生问卷调查等方式开展了研究,并结合环境工程专业人才市场需求状况,探索出企业需求导向背景下环境工程专业“三位一体”实践教学模式,即校内实训、企业实践、创新引领相互融合、共同促进高素质应用型人才培养模式。这种教学模式的实践表明,毕业学生适应工作岗位能力明显增强,得到了社会认可。 Aiming at the current existing problems during the talent training of Environmental Engineering in the applied undergraduate colleges,research was carried out by means of enterprise investigation,expert consultation,professional teacher discussion and student questionnaire survey,combined with the market demand condition,the"trinity"practice teaching mode of Environmental Engineering under the background of enterprise demand orientation was explored,which was campus training,enterprise practice,innovation to guide mutual integration,jointly promoting the high-quality application of technical personnel training mode.The practical application of this teaching model showed that graduates ability to adapt to the work position was significantly enhanced and recognized by the society.
