摘要
目的了解医科高校大学生幸福感现状及其与生活事件的关系。方法采用幸福感指数量表、青少年生活事件量表对贵阳某高校7221名在校大学生进行问卷调查,分析医科高校大学生的幸福感指数与生活事件的关系及两者在不同性别、年级及生源地等变量上的分布差异,并运用多元线性分层回归法对大学生幸福感指数的影响因素进行分析。结果大学生的幸福感指数总体得分为(10.29±2.12)分,男生幸福感指数高于女生(t=3.60,P<0.01),医学类学生高于非医学类学生(t=2.49,P<0.05),大五年级学生低于其他年级学生(F=19.52,P<0.01);大学生的生活事件总体得分为(21.76±17.30)分,大五年级学生高于其他年级学生(F=5.91,P<0.01),城镇学生低于农村学生(t=-4.80,P<0.01),医学类学生低于非医学类学生(t=-2.84,P<0.01);幸福感指数与生活事件呈负相关(r=-0.20~-0.51,P<0.05),与专业认同、专业兴趣均呈正相关(r=0.20~0.43,P<0.05);回归分析显示,生活事件负向预测幸福感指数(t=-30.710,P<0.05),专业认同和专业兴趣正向预测幸福感指数(t=25.949,t=17.460,P<0.05)。结论在校大学生的幸福感指数与生活事件、专业认同和专业兴趣具有密切关系。
Objective To explore the current state of medical college students'sense of happiness and the relationship between their sense of happiness and their life events.Methods Index of well-being questionnaire and adolescent self-rating life events check list questionnaire were adopted among 7221 medical college students in a university in Guiyang to analyze the relationship between their happiness index and life events and to analyze the distribution difference of the happiness index and life events caused by variables like gender,grade and place of origin;multiple linear stratified regression method was adopted to analyze the factors influencing their happiness index.Results The total score of the happiness index of college students was(10.29±2.12);the happiness index of male students was higher than that of female students(t=3.60,P<0.01);the happiness index of medical students was higher than that of non-medical students(t=2.49,P<0.05);the happiness index of grade-five students was lower than that of students in other grades(F=19.52,P<0.01).The total score of college students'life events was(21.76±17.30);the life events score of grade-five students was higher than that of students in other grades(F=5.91,P<0.01);the life events score of the students from urban areas was lower than that of the students from rural areas(t=-4.80,P<0.01);the life events score of medical college students was lower than that of non-medical college students(t=-2.84,P<0.01).The happiness ind ex was negatively correlated with life events(r=-0.20--0.51,P<0.05)and was positively correlated with professional identity and professional interest(r=0.20-0.43,P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that happiness index was negatively predicted by life events(t=-30.710,P<0.05)and was positively predicted by professional identity and professional interest(t=25.949,t=17.460,P<0.05).Conclusion The happiness index of college students is closely related to life events,professional identity and professional interests.
