摘要
PPP模式公路工程使政府部门和社会企业之间建立了良好的合作关系,可以起到缓解财政压力、降低投资风险的作用。但是仍然存在着一定的造价管理和控制问题,影响了公路工程的具体效益。基于此,本文对PPP模式的概念进行了分析,并提出了在PPP模式下公路工程造价控制与管理存在的问题,在问题基础上提出了合适的解决措施,以期可以为公路工程造价控制提供有效参考。
The PPP model highway project has established a good cooperative relationship between government departments and social enterprises,which can play a role in alleviating financial pressure and reducing investment risks.However,there are still certain cost management and control problems,which affect the specific benefits of highway engineering.Based on this,this paper analyzes the concept of the PPP model,and puts forward the existing problems of highway engineering cost control and management under the PPP model,and proposes appropriate solutions on the basis of the problems,in order to provide an effective reference for highway engineering cost control.
