“一带一路”背景下独立学院国际物流课程教学改革研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着“一带一路”的建设和发展,区域经济一体化和物流资源跨区域整合,物流人才的需求特点也在向专业复合型、国际型转变。学院为了适应经济发展对物流人才的需求,推进了国际物流教学改革。结合“金课”课程建设,以通达学院为例,分析当前《国际物流》课程教学中存在的问题,从培养计划、教材建设、教学内容、教学形式、实验平台建设以及校企合作等几个方面对国际物流教学改革进行了探讨。以期达到独立学院培养应用型人才的目标,提升高校人才培养的质量,同时能够实现人才平稳就业。 With the development of the“The Belt and Road Initiative”,region economy are becoming more integrated and logistics resources are closely integrated across regions.Hence,the logistic talents market needs more professional interdisciplinary and international talents.To meet the requirements of logistics talents for economic development,colleges and universities must promote the reform of international logistics curriculum.In this study,we take a specific independent college,i.e.Tongda College,Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications,as an example,and first analyze the existing problems in the teaching of international logistics curriculum.Then,based on the requirements of the construction of“golden course”,we discuss the reform measures of international logistics curriculum from the aspects of teaching plan,textbook compilation,teaching content,instructional mode,construction of experimental platform and university-enterprise cooperation etc.With these proposed reform measures,we aim to achieve the goal of cultivating application-oriented talents,and improve the quality of talent cultivation as well as realize the stable employment for the talents of independent colleges.
