矿井瓦斯涌出风险态势分析平台研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了更好地实现煤矿瓦斯治理及瓦斯涌出风险超前预警,在井下使用不同类型的监控系统数据采集接口来收集原始数据,利用小波理论对数据进行处理,以获得有效数据。对采掘面瓦斯涌出的外在表现、涌出正常特征、涌出异常特征、影响工作面瓦斯涌出因素进行了分析,同时也研究了采掘面风流中的瓦斯分布规律,确定了井下工作面甲烷传感器悬挂的最佳巷道位置。由此得到的监测数据更能真实地反映瓦斯涌出量,便于更好地掌握瓦斯涌出的影响因素,更有效地进行工作面前方的瓦斯灾害或瓦斯超限的预测预报。矿井瓦斯涌出风险态势分析平台就是基于上述理念研究设计的,该平台能够实现数据存储、查询、分析、计算、参数录入等功能,为矿井瓦斯防治工作提供有效的参考。 To better realize coal mine gas control and gas emission risk early warning,different types of monitoring system data acquisition interfaces were used to collect the original data,wavelet theory was used to process the data to obtain effective data.The external performance,normal characteristics,abnormal characteristics and influencing factors of gas emission in mining face were analyzed,at the same time,the gas distribution law in the air flow of the mining face was also studied,and the optimal roadway position of methane sensor hanging in the underground working face was determined.The monitoring data obtained from this method can reflect the gas emission more truly,which is convenient to better grasp the influencing factors of gas emission,and more effectively predict the gas disaster or gas overrun in front of the working face.Mine gas emission risk situation analysis platform was designed based on the above concept.The platform can realize data storage,query,analysis,calculation,parameter input and other functions,and provide effective reference for mine gas prevention and control work.
