赛教融合实施效果的CIPP评价体系构建 被引量:4

摘要 基于CIPP理论构建赛教融合的评价体系,弥补已有研究在效果评价方面的不足。通过德尔菲法对5名教育管理与教改专家进行咨询,通过访谈法对实施了赛教融合的3名教师与参与了赛教融合活动的5名学生进行深度访谈,并对已有研究中其他教学项目的CIPP评价体系进行文献分析,构建赛教融合的CIPP评价体系。本研究构建的赛教融合CIPP评价体系共包括4个一级维度,10个次级维度,39个具体评价指标,较为全面、客观地反映了赛教融合的实施效果,对赛教融合教改活动的推广以及效果研究具有重要意义。 The present study aims to construct the evaluation system of effect of the combination of competition and teaching based on CIPP theory and make up for the deficiency of existing research on effect evaluation.The CIPP evaluation system of effect of the combination of competition and teaching was constructed through Delphi method consulting with five experts of education management and teaching reform,in-depth interview with three teachers who implemented the combination of competition and teaching and five students who participated in,and literature analysis of CIPP evaluation system of other teaching projects in extant researches.The CIPP evaluation system in this study includes 4 first-class dimensions,10 secondary-class dimensions and 39 specific indicators,which could comprehensively and objectively reflect the implementation effect of the combination of competition and teaching.It is of great significance to the promotion and effect research of the combination of competition and teaching.
