摘要
随着高校“双一流”建设的不断深入,对高校后勤保障能力提出了新的、更高的要求,原有单纯从管理角度强调服务意识、精细化管理已经很难达到全面提高后勤服务保障水平的目的,智慧后勤建设为后勤综合改革提供了新的发展动力。大数据技术的发展和广泛应用对传统服务业产生了革命性的影响,使得智慧后勤建设有了强大的技术支撑,为创新高校智慧后勤建设提供了新的思路。从开展智慧后勤建设的意义入手,分析了高校智慧后勤建设的现状和存在的主要问题,从与智慧校园有机融合的角度提出了高校智慧后勤体系的基本架构,就大数据背景下开展高校智慧后勤建设提出了增强大数据意识、加强顶层设计、引进相关人才、拓宽融资渠道等对策和建议。
With the deepening of the"Double First-Class University Plan",new and higher requirements are put forward for the logistics support of colleges and universities.It is difficult to comprehensively improve the level of logistics support by emphasizing service consciousness and meticulous management from the perspective of management.However,the construction of intelligent logistics provides new growth drivers for the comprehensive reform of logistics.The development and wide application of big data has had a revolutionary impact on the traditional service industry,which provides a strong technical support and a new idea for the construction of intelligent logistics.From the significance of the intelligent logistics construction,this paper analyzes the current situation and the key problems of intelligent logistics construction in universities.From the perspective of the organic integration of intelligent logistics and intelligent campus,it puts forward the framework of intelligent logistics system in colleges and universities,and offers some suggestions for developing intelligent logistics in colleges and universities in the context of big data,such as improving big data awareness,strengthening top-level design,introducing talents,and broadening financing channels and so on.
