摘要
本文在分析国内外流动性较差物料(如粮食杂质、豆粕等)出仓设备的基础上,结合锥底仓内粮食杂质的存储特性,研发了一种锥底出仓机。该设备通过出仓螺旋的自转,实现物料的强制输送,同时通过公转驱动的作用,使出仓螺旋绕仓中心轴线作公转运动,完成整仓物料的出仓作业。该设备的研发实现了仓内流动性较差物料的强制出仓,大幅提高了仓内物料的出仓作业效率,有效解决了流动性较差物料在自流出仓时因结拱、搭桥或板结严重而不能出仓等问题。
In this paper,based on the analysis of the discharging equipment for materials with poor liquidity(such as grain impurity,soybean meal,etc.)at home and abroad,the cone bottom silo discharge auger was developed with considering the storage characteristics of grain impurity.The equipment can realize the materials forced conveying through the rotation of the discharge screw.At the same time,through the function of revolution drive,the discharge screw was made the revolution movement around the central axis of the silo to unload the whole material.It can realize the materials with poor liquidity forced out of silo,greatly improve the operation efficiency of materials in the cone bottom silo,and effectively solve the problem that the materials with poor liquidity cannot be unloaded out the silo due to arching,bridging,or serious hardening when the material gets out of the silo through its self-flow.
