摘要
目的探讨奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗胃炎并胃溃疡患者的临床效果。方法选取2020年1~12月我院收治的60例胃炎并胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均予以奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在此基础上加用阿莫西林治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组Hp根治率、临床治疗总有效率均高于对照组,反酸、腹痛、嗳气、胃灼热感症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组药物不良反应总发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗胃炎并胃溃疡患者的效果确切,用药安全性高,可加快患者的康复速度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods Sixty patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin on this basis,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After treatment,the Hp radical cure rate and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the disappearance time of acid reflux,abdominal pain,belching,and heartburn was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with amoxicillin is effective in treating patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer.The medication is safe and can speed up the recovery of patients.
