摘要
为了评价不同饲用高粱品种萌发期抗旱性指标,筛选适宜北方干旱半干旱地区种植的饲用高粱品种,采用浓度为15%的聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液进行模拟干旱处理,以蒸馏水处理为对照,测定发芽指标.利用相关性分析、主成分分析以及隶属函数分析法相结合的方法,综合评价不同基因型饲用高粱萌发期抗旱性.结果表明,试验所选8个饲用高粱品种的抗旱性排序为SU9002>N5212274>2180>1230>1220>BJ0603>N52K1009>BJ0602,发芽指数(VI)、发芽率(GR)是饲用高粱萌发期抗旱性评价指标.
In order to evaluate the drought resistance indexes of different forage sorghum varieties at germination stage and screen forage sorghum varieties suitable for planting in arid and semi-arid areas of northern China,the germination index was measured by simulated drought treatment with 15%polyethylene glycol(PEG)solution with distilled water treatment as the control.Correlation analysis,principal component analysis and membership function analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate drought resistance of different genotypes of forage sor⁃ghum at germination stage.The results showed that according to comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance,the order of drought resistance of eight forage sorghum varieties is SU9002>N5212274>2180>1230>1220>BJ0603>N52K1009>BJ0602.Germination index(VI)and germination rate(GR)are the evaluation indexes of drought resistance of forage sorghum at germination stage.
