摘要
少、弱精子症是临床男性不育症中常见的两种类型,临床中两者可单独发病,可共同发病。“精不足者补之以味”自《内经》提出后,成为指导历代医家补虚的治疗思想。少、弱精子症属于“精不足”范畴,需补之以味药,少、弱精子症所用味药无疑是具填精、补血、养阴作用的补益药。“精不足”同时还衍生虚实之邪,需随诊治之。并举验案一例。
Oligozoospermia and asthenospermia are two common types of male infertility in clinical practice,which may occur separately or jointly.The idea of"filling the sperm deficiency with taste"has become a treatment idea for doctors in successive dynasties since it was put forward in Neijing.Osaospermia and asthenospermia belong to the category of"sperm deficiency",which needs to be supplemented with flavorful drugs.The flavorful drugs used for oliasthenospermia and asthenospermia are undoubtedly tonifying drugs with functions of filling essence,enriching blood and nourishing Yin."Sperm deficiency"also breeds the evil of void and reality,which needs to be treated accordingly.An experimental case was also cited.
