溶血磷脂酸、人附睾蛋白4、白细胞介素-17以及癌胚抗原在卵巢癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究溶血磷脂酸(LPA)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)以及癌胚抗原(CEA)在卵巢癌患者血清中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年4月在河北省唐山市妇幼保健院就诊的140例卵巢癌患者作为研究对象(卵巢癌组)。选择同时期在河北省唐山市妇幼保健院行手术切除的100例卵巢良性病变患者设为良性病变组,选择同时期在河北省唐山市妇幼保健院健康体检的100例正常人设为正常组。采集三组的血清标本后,采用化学发光微粒子免疫分析技术检测三组的LPA、CEA水平,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测三组的HE4、IL-17水平。结果卵巢癌组LPA、HE4、IL-17、CEA表达水平高于良性病变组和正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。良性病变组LPA、HE4、IL-17、CEA表达水平高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者LPA、HE4、IL-17、CEA表达水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移患者LPA、HE4、IL-17、CEA表达水平高于无淋巴结转移患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有腹水患者LPA、HE4、IL-17、CEA表达水平高于无腹水患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LPA、HE4、IL-17、CEA在卵巢癌中高表达,其表达水平的高低与患者临床分期、淋巴结转移、腹水有关,其在卵巢癌患者的临床诊断中具有重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA), human epididymal protein 4(HE4), interleukin-17(IL-17) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) in serum of ovarian cancer patients and their correlation with clinicopathological features. Methods A total of 140 patients with ovarian cancer treated in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects(ovarian cancer group). Another 100 patients with benign ovarian lesions who underwent surgical resection in the same hospital at the same period were selected as the benign lesion group, and 100 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination as the normal group. After collecting serum samples from the three groups, LPA and CEA levels of the three groups were detected by chemiluminescent particle immunoassay, and HE4 and IL-17 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The expression levels of LPA, HE4, IL-17 and CEA in ovarian cancer group were higher than those in benign lesion group and normal group(P<0.05). The expression levels of LPA, HE4, IL-17 and CEA in benign lesion group were higher than those in normal group(P<0.05). The expression levels of LPA, HE4, IL-17 and CEA in patients with stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ were higher than those in patients with stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ(P<0.05). The expression levels of LPA, HE4, IL-17 and CEA in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The expression levels of LPA, HE4, IL-17 and CEA in patients with ascites were higher than those in patients without ascites(P<0.05). Conclusions LPA, HE4, IL-17 and CEA are highly expressed in ovarian cancer. Their expression level is related to clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and ascites, and they play an important role in clinical diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
