摘要
目的探讨牙体牙髓病应用一次性根管治疗的临床效果。方法对该院在2018年2月—2020年4月期间收治的68例牙体牙髓病患者进行分组,对牙体牙髓病患者以随机数字表形式分成实验组与对照组,两组各34例,采用一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病患者为实验组,采用多次根管治疗牙体牙髓病患者为对照组,将实验组与对照组患者治疗效果、并发症发生率、疼痛持续时间、治疗时间、治疗满意度进行对比。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率94.12%与对照组患者73.52%相比,实验组患者治疗总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.314,P<0.05)。实验组患者疼痛持续时间、治疗时间比对照组患者短,差异有统计学意义(t=8.472、24.239,P<0.05)。实验组患者并发症发生率5.88%与对照组患者29.41%相比,实验组患者并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.476,P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗满意度比对照组患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对牙体牙髓病患者采用一次性根管治疗效果较理想,可以有效缩短患者疼痛时间,降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective Discussed in the clinical effect of one-time root canal treatment for endodontics.Methods A total of 68 patients with endodontic disease were treated in the hospital from February 2018 to April 2020.The patients with endodontic disease were divided into experimental group and control group in the form of a random number table.34 cases in each group A one-time root canal was used to treat patients with dental as the experimental group,and patients with endodontic disease treated with multiple root canals as the control group.The experimental group and the control group of the treatment effect,complication rate,pain duration,treatment time,and treatment satisfaction were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.12%compared with 73.52%in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment in the experimental group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.314,P<0.05).The duration of pain and treatment time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.472,24.239,P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 5.88%compared with 29.41%of the control group.The complication rate of the experimental group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.476,P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of one-time root canal treatment for patients with dental pulp disease is ideal,which can effectively shorten the pain time of patients,reduce the incidence of patient complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
