摘要
目的研究与分析不同方案治疗糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症的效果。方法该次研究的研究对象为来该院进行治疗的99例患有糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症患者,研究对象的选取时间为2017年10月—2019年10月,随后根据患者的治疗方案的差异进行分组,主要分为甲组、乙组以及丙组。对甲组患者采取单纯甲亢针对性治疗,乙组患者采取单纯糖尿病针对性治疗,而丙组患者采取甲亢以及糖尿病针对性治疗。结果治疗后,乙组患者空腹血糖(6.34±0.27)mmol/L、丙组患者的空腹血糖(6.36±0.31)mmol/L与甲组(8.75±0.33)mmol/L比较,差异有统计学意义(F=25.278,P<0.05)。丙组的治疗显效率93.3%与甲组、乙组患者的治疗显效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲亢与糖尿病疾病存在显著的相关性,对单一疾病进行针对性治疗均会对另一类疾病的发展产生影响,同时对两类疾病进行针对性治疗具有显著的治疗效果,可以加以推广。
Objective To study and analyze the effects of different programs in the treatment of diabetes with hyperthyroidism.Methods The subjects of this study were 99 patients with diabetes and hyperthyroidism who came to our hospital for treatment.The selection period of the subjects was from October 2017 to October 2019,and then according to the patient's treatment plan differences,the patients were divided into groups,mainly divided into group A,group B and group C.Among them,physicians in our hospital took targeted treatment for patients in group A with pure hyperthyroidism,patients in group B with targeted treatment for diabetes alone,and patients in group C with targeted treatment for hyperthyroidism and diabetes.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose of patients in group B(6.34±0.27)mmol/L,the fasting blood glucose of patients in group C(6.36±0.31)mmol/L and group A(8.75±0.33)mmol/L compared with statistical significance(F=25.278,P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of group C was 93.3%,compared with the treatment efficiency of patients in groups A and B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between hyperthyroidism and diabetes.Targeted treatment of a single disease will affect the development of another type of disease.At the same time,targeted treatment of two types of disease has a significant therapeutic effect and can be promoted.
