摘要
目的观察分析苯溴马隆对2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症患者降尿酸作用及对炎症因子水平影响。方法选取2018年12月—2020年2月接受治疗的86例2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将所有患者进行分组,分为对照组与研究组,各组43例,对照组患者采取别嘌醇缓释胶囊治疗,研究组患者采取苯溴马隆片治疗,分析比较两组患者的降尿酸效果以及治疗前后炎症因素变化情况。结果研究组患者治疗后降尿酸总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前研究组患者、肌酐、尿素氮、IL-6、TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮、IL-6、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症患者采取苯溴马隆治疗,降尿酸效果显著,有效减轻机体炎症反应。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of benzbromarone on lowering uric acid and the level of inflammatory factors in patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperuricemia.Methods A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperuricemia who were treated from December 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method of 43 patients,the control group was treated with allopurinol sustained-release capsules,and the study group was treated with benzbromarone tablets.The uric acid-lowering effects of the two groups and the changes in inflammatory factors before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of lowering uric acid after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of the levels of creatinine,urea nitrogen,IL-6,and TNF-αin the study group before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),After treatment,the levels of uric acid,creatinine,urea nitrogen,IL-6,and TNF-αin the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose before and after treatment was compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Benzbromarone treatment for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperuricemia has a significant effect on lowering uric acid and effectively reduces the body's inflammatory response.
