摘要
通过对日本百货店在经济转型期业态创新转型经验案例研究,以零售企业绩效影响要素模型为基础,从顾客、企业和零供3个界面探讨百货店价值再造、重构和增值路径,包括在商品内容创新和完善服务功能同时进行业务流程标准化和供应链管理,构建两两交互互补体系,同时实现效率性和新颖性,并对我国百货店转型提出对策建议。
Based on the case study of Japanese Department stores’ successful transformation of business model innovation in the period of economic transformation, referring to the theory of multi-level business model innovation and combining with the factors affecting retail enterprises’ performance, this paper analyses the content of business innovation from three aspects of customers, process and resources, and explores the path of department stores in the process of business innovation. The main conclusions includes: Standardization of business process and supply chain management enhancing the supply capacity of goods while innovating the content of goods and improving the service function of department stores;building the complementary system of customer, enterprise and supply interface to realize efficiency and novelty and so on. And puts forward some suggestions for the transformation of Chinese retail enterprises.
