摘要
目的观察细节优化护理模式在更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者中的护理效果。方法选择我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的103例更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者,对患者进行数字编号并随机分成观察组(n=51,采取细节优化护理模式)和对照组(n=52,采取常规护理模式)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组SDS评分和SAS评分、血红蛋白水平、并发症总发生率、住院时间、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者经过治疗后均痊愈出院。结论将细节优化护理模式应用于更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者中,有助于缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,促进患者快速康复,患者的护理满意度较高。
Objective Observe the detailed optimization the nursing effect of the nursing model in patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods The 103 patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected,and the patients were numbered and randomly divided into observation group(51 cases,with detailed optimization care model)and control group(52 cases,with routine care mode).Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results After nursing,the SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those before the nursing,and the reduction in the observation group was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the hemoglobin of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was cut off from that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups of patients recovered and discharged after treatment.Conclusion Applying the detailed optimization care model to patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding can help relieve the patients'anxiety and depression,promote the patients'rapid recovery,and the patients'nursing satisfaction is high.
