摘要
随着非常规气藏勘探开发的大力发展,分簇射孔技术显得越来越重要。射孔管串作为分簇射孔工具的主体,其通过能力直接决定了能否进行正常射孔作业。为了提高电缆泵送分簇射孔效率,开展了管串通过性分析模型研究。在综合考虑井下工具与井壁间摩擦力、井筒几何限制、泵推力、轴向拉力、管串变截面、电缆头拉力以及工具弹性变形等因素的基础上,建立了电缆泵送分簇射孔管串井筒通过能力分析模型。采用几何分析法和纵横弯曲法建立该模型的复系数方程组并进行求解。基于现场测试数据,分析了1桥塞+12簇射孔枪管串在XX202-H1井中的通过能力以及影响通过能力的主要因素,并与模型预测结果作了对比,验证了模型的有效性。
With the rapid exploration and development of unconventional gas reservoirs,cluster perforating technology becomes more and more important.As perforating string is the main body of the cluster perforating tool,its passing ability directly determines whether perforating operation can be performed normally.To improve the efficiency of cable pumping cluster perforating,a study is perfomed on the analysis model of the passing ability of string.Based on comprehensively considering the friction between downhole tool and borehole wall,geometric limitation of wellbore,thrust of pump,axial tension,variable cross-section of pipe string,tension of cable head,and elastic deformation of the tool,this paper establishes an analysis model for the passing ability of cable pumping cluster perforating string through wellbore.The geometric analysis method and the vertical and horizontal bending method are used to establish and solve the complex coefficient equation set of the model.Based on the field test data,this paper analyzes the passing ability of 1-bridge plug and 12-string cluster perforating gun in Well XX202-H1 and the main factors affecting the passing ability,and the analysis results are compared with the prediction results of the model,thus verifying the effectiveness of the model.
