摘要
工时获取方法的准确性直接关系着护理人力资源配置的合理性,文章综述了护理工时项目构建的研究现状,介绍了护理工时的获取方法,包括实时测量记录、文献回顾标准工时结合实际测量、按比例测算、关联与推导测算。在此基础上,提出比较不同护理工时获取方法的配置效果,考虑护理工时获取方法的效益原理,构建工时获取方法的综合评价体系,以期为合理利用工时进行护理人员配置以及进一步研究提供参考。
The accuracy of working hours acquisition methods is directly related to the rationality of nursing human resource allocation.The paper reviews the current research status of the construction of nursing hour projects and focuses on summarizing the existing working hours acquisition methods,including real-time measurement records,literature reviewing standard working hours combined with actual measurement,proportional measurement,correlation and deduction measurement.On the basis,it compares the configuration effects of different nursing hour acquisition methods,considers the benefit principle of nursing man-hour acquisition methods,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for hour acquisition methods,so as to provide reference for reasonable allocation of nursing staff and further research.
