摘要
专业实践教学是高职学生创新创业能力培养的核心环节。采用“创新创业工作室”“创新创业项目”“创新创业竞赛”等模式开展创新创业实践教学活动,能够增强学生对职业岗位的感性认知和专业兴趣,培养学生的创新精神、创业思维和创新创业实践能力,提高学生的综合素质、就业质量和社会竞争力;但仍存在创新创业成果科技含量和市场转化率低、特色不明显,项目资金缺乏以及导师指导的时间、力度不足等问题;建议采用把创新创业教育融入专业人才培养的全过程,加大对创新创业项目或实践活动资金的扶持力度,以及完善规章制度、充分调动师生的参与积极性等改进措施,以促进高职院校创新创业教育深化发展。
Professional practice teaching plays the key role in the cultivation of higher vocational students’innovative entrepreneurship ability.Adopting“innovation and entrepreneurship studio”,“innovation and entrepreneurship project”and“innovation and entrepreneurship competition”as well as other modes to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching activities can enhance students’perceptual knowledge and interest in professional posts,cultivate students’innovative spirit,entrepreneurial thinking and innovative entrepreneurship practice ability,and improve students’comprehensive quality,employment quality and social competitiveness.However,there are still some problems to be solved,such as the low technology content and market conversion rate of innovation and entrepreneurship achievements,the lack of its characteristics and project funds,and the deficiency of time and strength of tutor’guidance.This paper puts forward some improvement measures,including integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of professional talent cultivation scheme,increasing the financial support for innovation and entrepreneurship projects or practical activities,and perfecting the rules and regulations to full mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students,so as to promote the deepening development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
