摘要
为满足大功率LED驱动的性能要求,如驱动能力强、效率高、稳定可靠、可线性调节等,本研究设计一种线性可调恒流驱动电源方案。该电路由DC-DC转换模块、恒流驱动模块、PWM数模转换组成。其中,DC-DC转换模块以TPS51113为核心,采用大功率MOSFET同步BUCK模式;恒流驱动模块采用运放加MOSFET典型电路,实现可达30A的驱动能力;采用PWM数模转换的线性调节方式,分别调整DC-DC的输出电压与恒流电流。该电路具备过压、欠压、过流保护功能,具有高可靠性。实验结果表明,该电路在全电流范围工作稳定可靠,核心LED效率超过91%。
In order to meet the performance requirements of high power LED driver,such as strong driving ability,high efficiency,stable and reliable,linear regulation,a linear adjustable constant current drive power supply is designed.The circuit is composed of DC-DC converter,constant current drive module and PWM digital-to-analog converter.The core of DC-DC module is TPS51113,which adopts high power MOSFET synchronous Buck Mode;the constant current drive module adopts op-amp plus MOSFET typical circuit,which can achieve 30A driving ability;and the linear regulation mode of PWM digital-to-analog conversion is adopted,adjust DC-DC output voltage and constant current respectively.The circuit has the functions of over-voltage,under-voltage and over-current protection,and has high reliability.The experimental results show that the full current range of the circuit is stable and reliable,and the core LED efficiency is over 91%.
