摘要
简要回顾和总结我国高速铁路发展期间铁路通信技术的发展情况;结合国铁集团《新时代交通强国铁路先行规划纲要》提出的目标和实际工作,从铁路通信技术应用和运维管理体制二方面,阐述"十四五"铁路通信发展的总体思路。
A brief review and summary of the development of railway communication technology during the development of the high-speed railways is given.In combination with the goals proposed by the CHINA RAILWAY in"Railway Advance Plan for Strong National Transportation Network in New Era",the general ideas of developing railway communication in the 14 th Five-Year Plan is set forth from the aspects of the application of railway communication technology and the operation and maintenance management system.
