摘要
专业实训是高等教育中一个重要的教学环节,目的在于提高学生调研、分析、研究和解决问题的能力,缩小高等教育人才和企业用人所需之间的差别.基于OBE理念,以“精细有机合成”专业实训教学过程中的实际案例为基础,介绍了如何模拟企业实际做法,从下发任务书、调研、改性试验可行性报告的撰写、改性试验过程及结果评价、成本核算等方面入手,培养了学生的动脑动手能力,提升了学生的自信心,使学生对企业产品研发的全过程有了感性认识,为学生以后的实际工作打下坚实的基础,使学生毕业后能够很快胜任本职工作.
Professional training plays an important role in the higher education.It aims at enhancing the students’ability of investigation,analysis,research and problem solving,which in turn eliminates the gap between the higher education and the practical operation of the enterprise.With reference to the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)idea,based on the real cases in the professional training course of Synthesis of Fine Organic Chemicals,the simulation of the practical operation in the enterprises is introduced in this paper,in terms of the distribution of task document,investigation of marketing and present development,design of feasibility report of experiment,accomplishment of modification experiment,evaluation of result,cost accounting,etc.,which consequently enhance students’practical ability and analytical capacity,boost their confidence,and help them acquire a perceptual knowledge about the whole research and development process in enterprises.As a result,the students will be competent for their jobs after graduation.
