摘要
为提高采煤机截煤产尘的治理效果,针对采煤机机面及上风侧摇臂根部的高浓度含尘气流,依据水雾活塞的机理,设计喷雾引射管,组成喷雾引射除尘器。分析得出影响喷管引射风量的主要因素有喷雾压力、喷嘴类型、喉管直径和喉管长度。采用正交试验法对喷管引射风量的主要影响因素进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,随着喉管直径的增大,喷嘴类型成为喷管引射风量的主要影响因素;引射风量随喉管直径变大而出现跃升;同类型喷管,喉管长度对引射风量的影响不大;喉管直径宜采用?200 mm或?300 mm,喷嘴选择SD314,喷雾压力选择8 MPa。现场应用表明,采煤机司机下风侧10 m、20 m处的呼吸性粉尘浓度明显降低,降尘效率大于65.2%,工作面作业环境明显改善。
In order to improve the coal-cutting dust control effect of the shearer, aiming at the high-concentration dust-containing airflow on the surface of the shearer and the root of the upwind side rocker arm, according to the mechanism of the water mist piston, a spray ejection tube was designed to form a spray ejector dust collector. It was concluded that the main factors affecting the air volume of the spray ejector include spray pressure, type of nozzle, diameter of the spray ejector and length of the spray ejector. The main influencing factors of the air volume of spray injection were studied by orthogonal test. The experimental results show that with the increase of nozzle diameter, the nozzle type becomes the main influencing factor of nozzle ejection air volume. The amount of ejection air jumps with the increase of nozzle diameter. For the same type of spray ejector pipe, the length of pipe has little effect on the ejector air volume The diameter of the spray ejector tube should be ?200 mm or ?300 mm, the nozzle should be SD314, and the spray pressure should be 8 MPa. The field application shows that the concentration of respirable dust at 10m and 20m downwind side of the driver of the coal mining machine is significantly reduced, the dust removal efficiency is greater than 65.2%, and the working face operating environment is significantly improved.
