摘要
目的探讨急诊面部外伤患者接受整形美容修复治疗期间的护理对策,结合患者的恢复情况进行评价。方法方便选取该院急诊2018年5月—2019年3月期间收治的82例面部外伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(综合护理干预)和对照组(常规护理)各41例,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的护理满意度(95.12%>78.05%)相对更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05);伤情评估时间[(3.35±0.54)min<(5.84±0.69)min]、手术准备时间[(13.21±1.74)min<(16.59±2.62)min]相对更短,差异有统计学意义(t=18.197、6.881,P<0.05);护理后的疼痛VAS评分[(1.97±0.34)分<(2.85±0.39)分]和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(37.22±3.19)分<(44.51±3.45)分]相对更低,差异有统计学意义(t=10.891、9.934,P<0.05)。结论急诊面部外伤患者接受整形美容修复治疗期间,给予其综合、全面的护理服务,有助于手术安全、顺利的进行,减轻患者术后的痛苦,缓解其精神压力,进而加快其康复进程。
Objective To explore the nursing strategies of emergency facial trauma patients during the period of plastic and aesthetic repair,and to evaluate the recovery of patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with facial trauma admitted to the emergency department of the hospital from May 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention)and control group(routine nursing)with 41 cases each,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(95.12%>78.05%)was relatively higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05).The injury evaluation time[(3.35±0.54)min<(5.84±0.69)min]and the preparation time[(13.21±1.74)min<(16.59±2.62)min]were shorter,and the difference were statistically significant(t=18.197,6.881,P<0.05).After nursing,VAS score[(1.97±0.34)points<(2.85±0.39)points]and SAS score[(37.22±3.19)points<(44.51±3.45)points]were relatively lower,and the difference were statistically significant(t=10.891,9.934,P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of plastic and cosmetic repair,comprehensive and comprehensive nursing service is helpful to the safe and smooth operation,relieve the pain of patients,relieve their mental pressure and accelerate their recovery.
