摘要
本文介绍了增压缸体铸件铸造工艺设计及优化过程。利用Any Casting模拟软件优化工艺,最终确定合适的工艺及参数,获得形状完整、内部致密、质量满足技术要求的铸件。
This paper introduces the foundry process design and optimization process of pressurized cylinder castings.The simulation software Any Casting was used to optimize the process,and the appropriate process and parameters were finally determined.The casting with complete shape and compact interior was obtained,and the quality met the technical requirements.
