摘要
采用丙烯酰胺为主链单体,选取丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为功能单体,以水溶液聚合的方式优化了聚合反应条件为:m(AM)∶m(DMC)∶m(NVP)∶m(X)=4∶5∶0.1∶0.1,配制30%单体水溶液,采用0.08%(按单体质量计)的过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠AP-10复合引发体系,在8℃引发反应,使用0.8%的尿素为链转移剂,0.1%的EDTA为络合剂,制得产物BNS15。通过溶解能力测试优化了BNS15作为温控变黏酸稠化剂的使用量为0.5%,最优的温控交联剂和适用于该体系的缓蚀剂、助排剂组分,配方为20%盐酸、0.5%稠化剂BNS15、0.1%温控交联剂WK-1、1%缓蚀剂BH-961B、1%助排剂BC-10。耐温耐剪切实验显示剪切速率170 s^(-1)、90℃下温控变黏酸在加热前30 min内黏度不断升高,最大黏度可达250 mPa·s。
Acrylamide was used as the main chain monomer,acryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DMC)and vinyl pyrrolidone(NVP)were selected as the functional monomers,and the polymerization reaction conditions were optimized and screened by aqueous solution polymerization.The polymerization reaction conditions of BNS15 were as follows:according to the mass ratio m(AM)∶m(DMC)∶m(NVP)∶m(X)=4∶5∶0.1∶0.1,30%monomer aqueous solution was prepared,0.08%potassium persulphate-sodium bisulfite AP-10 composite initiator system was used to initiate the reaction at about 8℃,0.8%urea was used as the chain transfer agent,and 0.1%EDTA was used as the complexing agent.Through the solubility test,the usage amount of BNS15 as the temperature-controlled viscous acid thickener was optimized as 0.5%.The optimal temperature-controlled cross-linking agent,corrosion inhibitor and drainage assistant components suitable for the system were selected,and the formula was as follows:20%hydrochloric acid,0.5%thickening agent BNS15,0.1%temperature-controlled cross-linking agent WK-1,1%inhibitor BH-961B and 1%aid BC-10.The temperature-resistant and shear-resistant experiments showed that the viscosity of the temperature-controlled viscosity-acid increased within 30 min before heating at a shear rate of 170 s^(-1) and 90℃,and the maximum viscosity was up to 250 mPa·s.
