超声波清洗技术在工业领域的应用研究进展 被引量:24

摘要 为了加强对超声波清洗在工业领域应用的了解,从而将其更好地运用及发展,介绍了超声波清洗的作用机理及特点,列举了其在机械加工、医疗器械清洗、化工生产等传统行业的应用以及在除、防垢和再生方面的新进展。分析了传统超声波清洗的局限性,效果受限且易对被清洗物造成损伤。综述了两种优化途径,一是通过改变清洗槽形状、调整超声波频率、使用双/多频超声波、改变发生器位置等方法优化清洗范围内的声场分布,二是通过与其他工艺联合,发挥各自优势,提高清洗效率。展望了超声波清洗在优化声场分布、发展超声联用工艺方向的研究前景,具有合理指导超声波清洗技术发展的意义。 In order to strengthen the understanding of the application of ultrasonic cleaning in the industrial field,so as to better use and development of ultrasonic cleaning,this paper introduces the mechanism and characteristics of ultrasonic cleaning,lists its application in mechanical processing,medical equipment cleaning,chemical production and other traditional industries,as well as in the removal,anti-scaling and regeneration of the new progress.The limitation of traditional ultrasonic cleaning is analyzed,the effect is limited and it is easy to cause damage to the cleaned material.Two ways of optimization are summarized,one is to optimize the sound field distribution in the cleaning range by changing the shape of the cleaning tank,adjusting the ultrasonic frequency,using dual/multi-frequency ultrasonic wave,changing the position of the generator,etc.,the other is to improve the cleaning efficiency by combining with other processes to give play to their advantages.The research prospect of ultrasonic cleaning in optimizing the distribution of sound field and developing ultrasonic combined technology is prospected,which has the significance of guiding the development of ultrasonic cleaning technology reasonably.
