脊柱椎间融合动物模型研究进展

摘要 脊柱椎体间融合技术是治疗脊柱创伤、脊柱肿瘤、退行性病变及脊柱发育畸形的常规技术。脊柱椎体间融合能使植骨融合节段达到坚固骨性固定,又可撑开和维持正常椎间融合高度。但脊柱融合失败是脊柱外科医生在临床工作中必须要面对的问题,大量临床观察表明目前脊柱融合在使用内固定的情况下有10%~15%的不融合率。许多研究者在动物体内探讨新的手术方式、融合器及植骨材料对融合率的影响。但动物种类繁多,特点各异,大型动物更能模拟骨移植材料或脊柱器械在人体的生物力学情况,而小型动物在概念策略方面的研究更有优势。选择合适的动物模型是实验成功的关键,但对动物的选择目前并没有统一的标准。现就以不同动物构建脊柱椎间动物模型的特点作一相关综述,以期为动物研究提供理论依据。 Spinal interbody fusion is a routine technique for the treatment of spinal trauma,spinal tumor,degenerative diseases and spinal deformity.Spinal interbody fusion enables solid bony fixation of the fused bone graft segments,and it can also open and maintain the normal height of interbody fusion.However,spinal fusion failure is a problem that spinal surgeons must face in clinical work.A large number of clinical observations have shown that spinal fusion currently has a 10%to 15%non-fusion rate with internal fixation.Many researchers have investigated the effects of new surgical procedures,fusion devices,and bone graft materials on fusion rate in animals.However,there are many kinds of animals with different characteristics.Large animals are better able to simulate the biomechanics of bone graft materials or spinal instruments in the human body,while small animals have more advantages in the study of conceptual strategies.The selection of suitable animal models is the key to the success of experiments,but there is no unified standard for animal selection at present.This paper reviews the characteristics of different animal models of spinal intervertebral vertebrae,in order to provide a theoretical basis for animal research.
