继续教育对中小学体育教师从业能力提升路径探析

摘要 从学生时期的意识、在职的体育教师思想、继续教育内容的不足及对中小学体育教师继续教育缺乏奖励机制4个方面来探讨和分析中小学体育教师继续教育的困境,从而得出:(1)教师要树立终身学习理念,提升继续教育意识;(2)多元化与层次化的课程与内容是教师参加继续教育的有效途径;(3)学校要增强对中小学体育教师的重视程度,尤其在继续教育方面,提供必要的支持。 This paper discusses and analyzes the plight of the continuing education of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools from four aspects:the consciousness of students,the thought of in-service PE teachers,the deficiency of the content of contnuing education and the lack of reward mechnism for PE teachers in primary and middle schools,and then comes to the following conclusions:(1)Teachers should establish the concept of lifelong learning and enhance the consciousness of continuing education;(2)Diversified and hierarchical courses and contents are effective ways for teachers to participate in continuing education;(3)Schools should pay more attention to PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,especially in continuing education,and provide necessary support.
