摘要
采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C 18色谱柱和可变波长紫外检测器,以甲醇+0.2%磷酸水溶液为流动相,利用外标法对有效成分定量分析,建立同时测定17%吡唑醚菌酯·氟环唑悬浮剂中有效成分含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。结果表明,该方法简单、快速,且准确度高,重现性好,对2种有效成分的分离度佳,吡唑醚菌酯和氟环唑具有良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999和0.997,标准偏差分别为0.083和0.023,变异系数分别为0.65%和0.51%,平均回收率分别为99.78%和99.45%。
A HPLC(High-performance liquid chromatography)method for the simultaneous determination of the content of the two active ingredients in pyraclostrobin·epoxiconazole 17%SC was established using Agilent Eclipse XDB-C 18 column and variable wavelength UV detector,methanol+0.2%phosphoric acid as mobile phase and external standard method.The results showed that the method was simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,as well as a good separation of the two active ingredients.The correlation coefficients of 0.999 and 0.997,the standard deviation of 0.083 and 0.023,the coefficient of variation of 0.65%and 0.51%,and the average recoveries of 99.78%and 99.45%were obtained for pyraclostrobin and epoxiconazole,respectively.
