摘要
在业务发展和技术创新的驱动下,运营商越来越重视对网络综合资源的管理,并探索如何将资源管理运用于网络维护和生产运营。为了实现对网络更精细化运维,本文创新性提出了基于网络综合资源整合的故障关联预警和分级管理方法。利用用户和业务数据对网络资源进行综合评估,并搭建基于综合资源整合分析的网络维护支撑平台,实现对故障的关联预警、分级管理和应急调度。在有效避免关联故障、压降故障时长、提升网络质量和网络应急调度能力等方面发挥重要作用。
Driven by business development and technological innovation,operators pay more and more attention to the management of network comprehensive resources,and explore how to apply resource management to network maintenance and production operation.In order to achieve more refined operation and maintenance of the network,this paper innovatively proposes a fault associated early warning and hierarchical management method based on the integrated network comprehensive resources.The user and business data are used to evaluate the network resources comprehensively,and the network maintenance support platform based on the comprehensive resource integration analysis is built.It can realize the associated early warning,hierarchical management and Emergency Scheduling of faults.It plays an important role in effectively avoiding associated faults,reducing fault duration,improving network quality and network Emergency Scheduling ability.
